AMC Goes Too Far...

There's no doubt that AMC, aka American Movie Classics, has been stretching the definition of a classic for several years.

But this time, they've gone too far.

This weekend, AMC will roll out the network television premiere of "Catwoman."

Now, I wouldn't call "Catwoman" the worst movie I've ever seen (I would reserve that title for a Kiefer Sutherland gem called "Picking Up the Pieces."), but it is definitely not a classic--unless the new definition of classic is any movie that makes an Academy Award winner look absolutely ridiculous.
