The Return of the A-Team?

Here’s one of the most disturbing items I’ve read this week.

The “Dark Horizons” Internet site is reporting that NBC is bringing back the A-Team…

According to the report, NBC has sent out casting notices for a four-hour mini-series to air next February which could lead to a new series next fall if it does well.

The premise would remain the same, but the team would be Iraq War veterans and the show would focus more on the dark side of being “soldiers of fortune.”

Plus, B.A. would now be a woman. Lil’ Kim is reportedly in talks for the role.

At least they didn’t decide to make Face a woman. That would be two classic Dirk Benedict characters changing gender (Starbuck of “Battlestar Galactica” is the other.).

But are we so out of ideas that we have to wreck classic ones?...
