FOX's Premiere Schedule

Fall Premiere Season doesn’t start in earnest until September 22nd, but FOX and the CW are getting a head start on the competition by kicking their fall schedule off next week…

Tonight, we’ll take a look at FOX’s premiere schedule…

It all kicks off Labor Day, September 1st with the two-hour season premiere of “Prison Break” (which I will have a review of tomorrow night) beginning at 8 p.m…

Wednesday, September 3rd, the crew of “Bones” travels to England for the two-hour fourth season premiere beginning at 8 p.m…

Thursday, September 4th, it’s the two-hour season premiere of “Kitchen Nightmares” with Gordon Ramsay (8 p.m.)…

Friday, September 5th, meet the newest class on “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” as Kathy Ireland and Georgia State Superintendent of Schools Kathy Cox compete in a two-hour episode (8 p.m.)…

Saturday, September 6th, it's the return of FOX's Saturday night stalwarts "COPS" (8 p.m.) and "American's Most Wanted: America Fights Back" (9 p.m.)...

Sunday, September 7th at 8 p.m., it’s a sneak preview of the newest FOX reality/game show, “Hole In the Wall,” hosted by Brooke Burns and Mark Thompson. The premise is that two teams compete against each other, contorting their bodies to fit through moving walls with weird cut-out shapes.

Monday, September 8th at 8 p.m., it’s the return of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” as “Prison Break” moves to its regular timeslot at 9 p.m…

Tuesday, September 9th at 8 p.m., it’s the premiere of the highly anticipated “Fringe” from executive producer J.J. Abrams. FOX describes the show as “a fantastical thriller about an unlikely trio who uncover a deadly mystery involving a series of unbelievable events and realize they may be a part of a larger, more disturbing pattern
that blurs the line between the possible and the impossible.” That’s followed by another preview of “Hole In the Wall” at 9:35 p.m…

Wednesday, September 10th, “Bones” moves into its regular time period at 8 p.m., followed by the season premiere of “’Til Death” (9 p.m.) and the premiere of “Do Not Disturb,” a comedy that goes behind the scenes of a hip New York Hotel (9:30 p.m.). The pilot of “Disturb” was directed by Jason Bateman…

Thursday, September 11th, “Hole In the Wall” settles into its regular timeslot (8 p.m.) as does “Kitchen Nightmares” (9 p.m.)…

Friday, September 12th, “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader” (8 p.m.) moves into its regular timeslot, followed by the premiere of “Don’t Forget the Lyrics” (9 p.m.)…

Tuesday, September 16th, “House” returns in its new 8 p.m. timeslot, followed by “Fringe” in its regular timeslot.

FOX’s “Animation Domination” returns Sunday, September 28th beginning at 8 p.m. with “The Simpsons,” “King of the Hill,” “Family Guy” and “American Dad”…

And, of course, “24” will return in January. But we’ll get the two-hour movie, “24: Exile,” to hold us over until then. It premieres Sunday, November 23rd…

Tomorrow night, we’ll take a look at the CW. And don’t forget, I’ll have my review of the “Prison Break” season premiere…
